Well, that's what my emails do. They're chock-full of ideas to add a PEP TO YOUR STEP. Blog posts that inspire, shoes we all need, thoughts on nail dipping - you know, the kind of hard-hitting information that might just change the next three minutes of your life, which, who knows, may be what you need to turn your day around.

Listen, I can't promise you won't want to hide in the bathroom, but I'm gonna try and make the trip a bit more interesting.
