You end the day feeling like you gave everything to everyone and have barely anything left over for yourself. Your proverbial cup is running pretty, damn dry.

I used to feel like a background player in my own life. 

I'd end the day and feel like all I'd done was support my husband, kids, work, school, and basically anyone who needed anything. I was burnt out, mildly resentful, and constantly dreaming about getting hit (just a little) by a car so I could have a break.

Instead, I, over time, created what I like to call my Anti-Morning Routine Routine. 

Imagine a morning routine had a baby with real life and it never cried and only added joy and peace to your life (just like real babies, MWHAHAHA!).

Honestly, though, it's changed my life and days.

Now, I ALWAYS show up for myself in some way each day, which means I am more centered, peaceful and less likely to fly off the handle.

My kids and family get the best version of me that I was afraid was lost forever in the abyss of to dos. It's helped me remember who I am and who I want to be.

Plus, it's a daily reminder I am worthy of showing up for myself every day. Pretty heady stuff!

What if I can't attend live?

You should still sign up! We will be sending out replays so you can still get the juicy info.
